Colorful Fireworks Photography in Gmunden (Austria)

From time to time there is a firework in Gmunden Organized by the City and since the City is based on the Lake "Traunsee" it is always an interesting festival to attend. There are always 1 or two main locations for the fireworks. One is usually the main Square and the other is the "Castle of Orth" wich is a Castle in Gmunden. Since Gmunden is only a 1 hour drive from Linz and there is a lot to discover in this region I like to visit the mountains and lakes there and also like to attend celebrations with fireworks that are held in the town. So I can combine some nature and wildlifephotography with some fireworks photography in the evening.

Duuring the summertime this little town is a really great spot to visit, the location at the lake makes it always interesting since you can watch the sailing boats and the cruises that take place on the Lake. There is a lot of nice food offered at the Esplanade in front of the lake, and during special occasions there are fireworks organized like this one.
