Clogged, 3DPing, Man Utd, Blender, Modeling, Cleaning, Fire, Grilling - Sunday

I got up yesterday to see the printer had borked overnight. The print was only a third done and the printer thought is was done which meant the filament stopped feeding. I tore the hot end apart and after numerous tries found the nozzle to be clogged tight. It also seemed that the extruder has been able to pull its wires out or loose which has lead to this s couple times I think. Any way after a half hour plus I had it back printing again.
It then did a solid job the rest of the day. It's nice to be dialing in the machine and it seems to be a bit cleaner now with the rear mounts keeping it more solid as it prints.
Man Utd played and barely won thanks to Martinez's little blip of a shot that lobbed over the goalie and in. It was another barely or not deserved win for them but still has them way down the table.
For the HSW panels I want to have a rotating base so I drug a couple parts into Blender and tried to get them fit together. It seemed to be okay so I gave it a test print to see.
It did okay except for the top hexes as I neglected support everywhere. The spacing is exactly right though as it fits the panel.
The problem is the connecting hexes have lips on the hex to lock into the wall. Without the support they printed wrong and the stand won't hold the panel. I went in and tried to add a bunch of blocking infill but couldn't quite figure it out so will keep trying today and see if I can get a much stronger setup.
The kitchen was in dire need of a good sweeping so I shoved a bunch of stuff around to clean behind and under it all then tried to organize a bit. It's a true benefit having the laminate floors as it is much easier to clean that the wall to wall carpet the house originally had.
I got the fire going in the pit and managed to keep it going well enough to have the coals for grilling.
I had to restock on batteries and when I went to put them in the drawer I found we have a couple other sizes so I put some screws in on the shelf and used them to hang the packs from. The battery drawer needs to be gone through and al the garbage batteries tossed. The boys have a way of completely trashing the battery organizing...
Grilled our bison steaks, t-bones and sirloin tips.
This was a nice feeling throw. First low then the next two side by side perfectly. Both J and I are dialing in our forms pretty well and are becoming a lot more consistent in the groupings and angle of the darts.
Printed this out after swapping back to PLA. I made it 9 1/2 inches tall, only a half inch or so below the max for the machine. Did it hollow with no infill and it came out great. It's even air tight. J wants me to edit the model so the nose can come off.
I got a 10 minute soak as my skin wigged out on me. I was IN the Gom Jubar and the itch was beyond intolerable. It did mean I got more sleep for once last night.
I have my root canal this morning FINALLY, then after I will let the numbing wear off while I get the printer plugging away on more. More cleaning around the house, I need to swap the R/O filters out, clean the heater filter, Kraken play this evening, and will have dinner ready earlier.
