Tasting: "Velo de novia" (bride's veil)🤤🍽️(ENG-ESP)

I've spent the last few days a bit sick and what always cheers me up is delicious food 🤤.

So let's talk about delicious food 😂 a few days ago I was in training in the conference rooms of a renowned hotel in the city of Barquisimeto and besides cultivating the intellect, I was delighted with a couple of exquisite dishes from their restaurant, the name of the place is Cima because it is right on one of the highest floors of the hotel.

In the middle of the day we went out for lunch, and we had at our disposal the entire menu of the restaurant, my inclination was the chicken, although I like meat I was more like chicken 😂 so I went for this dish called "velo de novia" 🤤.

I tell you that among the ingredients of the bridal veil was chicken (of course), mushrooms, bacon, bechamel sauce and I accompanied it with 2 contours. On one side, mashed potatoes and on the other sautéed vegetables.

Let me tell you that from the presentation of the dish it was exquisite, the sublime flavor of the ground basil allowed each portion of food to have an extra flavor. The mashed potatoes were super creamy and melted in your mouth. The sautéed vegetables were good but I didn't love them, I needed a little more variety. And finally, the main dish was the chicken "Velo de novia" (bride's veil), the name is attributed to the white sauce that covers it, it was great 🤤 the combination with the bacon was another level of flavor.

Although initially, I thought it was little food I was super full🥲 because we also ate an appetizer 😂 because the food took a long time to arrive, so I ate a couple of tequeñitos, which were also very rich, but I think I could not eat so much🥹 but still, every bite I enjoyed it and I did not tell you but I accompanied this dish with pineapple juice.

Hola amigos amantes de la cocina y de la deliciosa comida🤤😎

He pasado los últimos días un poco enferma y lo que siempre me anima es la comida deliciosa 🤤

Así que hablemos de comida rica 😂 hace unos días estaba en formación en las salas de conferencia de un hotel reconocido en la ciudad de Barquisimeto y además de cultivar el intelecto, me deleite de un par de platillos exquisitos de su restaurant, el nombre del lugar es Cima porque justo queda en uno de los pisos más altos del hotel.

En la mitad de la jornada salimos a almorzar, y teníamos a disposición todo el menú del restaurant, mi inclinación era el pollito, aunque me gusta la carne andaba más tipo pollo 😂 así que me incliné por este plato que se llama velo de novia 🤤

Les cuento que entre los ingredientes del velo de novia estaba el pollo (por supuesto), champiñones, tocineta, salsa bechamel y lo acompañé con 2 contornos. Por un lado, puré de papas y por otro vegetales salteados.

Déjenme decirles que desde la presentación del platillo estaba exquisito, el sublime sabor de la albahaca molida permitían que cada porción de comida tuviera un sabor extra. El puré de papas, estaba súper cremoso y se deshacía en la boca. Los vegetales salteados, estaban buenos pero no me encantaron, necesitaba un poco más de variedad. Y por último, lo principal del platillo el pollo "Velo de novia" se le atribuye ese nombre por la salsa blanca que lo recubre, estaba buenísimo 🤤 la combinación con la tocineta fue otro nivel de sabor.

Aunque inicialmente, pensé que era poca comida estaba súper full🥲 porque además comimos una entrada 😂 porque la comida demoraba mucho en llegar, así que comí un par de tequeñitos, que también estaban muy ricos, pero creo que no podia comer tanto🥹 pero aún así, cada bocado lo disfruté y no les dije pero acompañé este platillo con juguito de piña.

¿Ya han probado algo así? Yo soy team pollito y con tocineta definitivamente se vuelve una adicción 🤤🥰 ¿Quién no se anima con esta comidita?
