My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2026

Yesterday was a productive yet manageable day at the school clinic. While I’m usually on my feet constantly, it was relatively quiet with only a few minor cases to attend to. This allowed me to stay organized without the usual rush.
After work, I headed home planning to rest. However, I had a sudden change of heart and decided to attend the wake of a friend’s mother. It wasn’t in my original schedule, but showing up for others is always worth the extra steps.
