Newbies task 8, hive connections.

Good day all, how are y'all and how are y'all fairing. I am @edwincj, and I am a newbie, I am happy to be here today and to participate in this weeks newbies task. We had a meeting on Sunday, the host speaker was @depressedfuckup, and we had other people like @starstrings and @nkemakonam89 and @vickoly who explained more on the benefits of building good connections on hive. As we all know, building connection is one of the best way yo succeed and find favour from people.

They also explained on various means by which we can make proper connections in hive. Without wasting much time, Let me move to the task that was given yo us for this week, and I also want to wish you all the complement of the season.

1 Discuss some ways you can build strong connections on hive, giving practical examples from your experience.

Connection is very important in your hive growth, and you can gain connections through many means. Now the use of having friends and interacting with different people comes in, its also good to explore different community not only to post but to also interact with people and make new friends.

Everyone will get discouraged if they don't get comments, appreciation, and vote on their post because sits the only means to show you've learnt something from why you read or watch. So we can also encourage others and share our experience by commenting and rebloging. So making comments on others post is one of the way in which you can gain connections, especially those authors that share the same passion or experience with you. It would make them notice you fast and also make you friend with him or her.

Another way of building connection is through bringing new people to hive, to create something like a family tree, it would also help in getting connections. Another way is through microbloging. By interacting and chatting in different front-end threads, you can build good connections. Front-ends like Ecency and inleo, has a threading feature which allows us to interact with each other and share our happiness together. I've made friends through this threading features.

2 Make at least four meaningful and detailed comments on people's post, and created a conversation out of the post.

3 What is the difference between this type of detailed engagement and short comment like nice post.

The difference between the two types of comment is that the first one will open door for conversation and discussion, while the is cond one would likely be ignored or run plied with thanks.

When you comment nice post, it would leave the author with no choice but to ignore it or reply with thanks, because everyone already know that its a nice post. Its even better when you witte why you think the post is nice, when you write a well detailed comment, it would also make the author understand that you've read the post and you learnt from it.

4 what is something new that you will start doing now to connect with people and make friends on hive?.

One of the things I would start doing is making more comments and threads in others post, and exploring other community. I would also bring new people to hive with time, and I know that with these, I can connect with more people and make new friends.
