THE FIRST MOST EXPENSIVE THING I PURCHASED [PHONE].
There was this time the iPhone 12 Pro Max came out newly, and I was really in love with the texture of the phone and everything about it. So I decided to take out of my savings to get it that year. Even though it had a way of shaking me a little then because of the amount it was sold for that year.
But then, I really needed to get one for myself at that point in time. At that time, I wasn't getting it because every other person was getting it that year. I was literally getting it firstly because of how frustrating my phone was to me that year, and I really needed a phone that was fast in operating.
I was literally using an Android phone that year, which I was tired of because it wasn't giving me what I wanted. Secondly, I really needed the phone because of my business. The phone really did serve me well because I was able to take quality pictures of my goods that year, which really had a way of attracting customers to me compared to when I was using my formal phone.
THE SECOND MOST EXPENSIVE THING I PURCHASED MORE OFTENTIMES [DATA].
Data is another thing I literally know I spend money on. If I was refunded half of the money I've spent on data, I believe I'm definitely going to be a part of the top rich people in my country, Nigeria... LOL😂.
Because there were times when I wouldn't eat myself just so I could purchase data. And the rate at which that thing keeps on happening was quite alarming to me, honestly. Because I literally don't know what I can do without the internet. My gadget becomes useless to me when I've got no internet on it.
Data has had a way of eating up my money, but then I literally can't look for money or anything with my phone without the help of it. So I literally don't have a choice but to purchase it. Because it has gotten a lot of use in my daily activities.
THE THIRD MOST EXPENSIVE THING I PURCHASED MORE OFTENTIMES [FOOD].
Food is another thing I spend money on the most without looking back. There were times when I spent my last penny on food without looking back, and I promise, I don't have any regrets for doing that. Because food is life, and I don't think I can work better without eating good food.
Because it's something I need to take to sustain myself on a daily basis. I mean, how do I work well while starving? I promise, I would literally find it quite challenging and hard to concentrate at that point. Food is one of the fastest ways to a man's heart.
I've literally been in a situation whereby I just say, I wasn't going to spend my last penny, and then, all of a sudden, this thought just shows up from no where that bro, eat first😂. Na who dey alive dey save o. And at that point, I'd literally just go get something for myself with the mind of, Omo, if I perish, I perish o... LoL😂. Which is something many of us do too.
In Conclusion
It's just funny that we all spend this much on these things. but then, if you ask me, they're all worth spending for. Because they've all got a way of being useful to one in a way or the other.
• Phone: It brought it more customers for me.
• For Data: I use it for a lot of impactful daily activities, which I believe are worth it.
• Food: It helps in giving me energy to do my daily activities.
So if you ask me, they've all got a way of being useful to me on a daily basis of the day.
