Well Hivers I meet one of mine today and I was not disappointed.

Smiley Mr Robin Wong is a professional photographer runs a YouTube channel and vlog for photography mostly around Olympus or OM as it is now micro 4/3 equipment and peripherals. If I’m being honest I would never have progressed in my Olympus journey without the help of his channel on camera setup as with many modern high end cameras Olympus are a nightmare with complicated menus and settings. He is defiantly a guy that knows his stuff when it comes to Olympus cameras. If your into M4/3 cameras I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Meeting him was certainly one of the high-spots of my trip to Kuala Lumper even if it was just for a coffee and chat cameras and photography for an hour or so over a coffee and a cheese cake.

So what did we chat about. First up it was street photography. KL is a great place for that everything is so colourful and the people always seem smiley and friendly.

Just people watching tourists is great fun too.

Well Hivers having a face to face chat was really handy as he gave me some more ideas of places to take photos around KL and some techniques and setting for getting photos of lighting that I have been trying unsuccessfully to do since I arrived. So wish me luck.
