and there I was, finally reaching the throne of destruction.

Act V, is available only in the expansion which is 'The Lord of Destruction'. the maps here are huge and ends with Baal, the Act Boss of Act V who is located at the Thrones of Destruction.

Clearing all the monsters in this level before meeting Baal in his room is a good idea.

Baal in the flesh.

He will spawn five waves of monsters, each wave compose of monsters from previous acts and ending with the Minions of Destructions.

ah!, Lister The Tormenter, leader of the Minions of Destruction. I hate you.

When you meet these guys the first thing you should do is RUN. these guys have attacks that can stun and when these guys gang up on you, you will get stun-locked and your character will die.

as my character is Necromancer Summoner, I just stay in the back and Cheer my minions.

and as my mercenary has a bow enchanted with the rune word 'Edge' or 'TirTalAmn', me, my mercenary and my minions get to enjoy a Level 15 'Thorns Aura', reflecting melee damage. haha Get Rekt.

After you killed the Minions of Destruction you get to fight Baal himself in the next room.

Go Minions, Go Minions, Go.

Soon enoguh Baal falls and we are greeted by the Archangel Tyrael, who will now destroy the corrupted Worldstone, but not before telling us to escape.

Upgraded Cinematics are pretty great.

even this screen gets an upgrade.

That's all for now, will continue to play on Nightmare Difficulty.

personally Nightmare difficulty is a lot more fun compared to normal due to more 'Rare' Monsters spawning leading to better EXP gain.

Cheers. 😆
