In this post I will be sharing with you how I made some refreshing pineapple and banana smoothie. The weather is so harsh lately and it makes one get dehydrated quickly. An easy way to stay refreshed is to take some freshly prepared smoothie. Apart from the fact that it makes one refreshed and hydrated it is also very healthy. It is a good alternative to carbonated drinks and the likes. Smoothies are a perfect way of enjoying all the benefits of fruits in a cup and one of the most flavorful combo is pineapple and banana. This smoothie is sweet as both fruits contain natural sweeteners and they are very refreshing.

What is needed

• 1 bunch of Banana
  

  

• 1 pineapple

• 1 cup of water

Step by Step

• Start by removing the skin of the pineapple and cut them into small pieces so as to make the blending easy.
  

  

• Next, peel the banana and set aside.

• You may decide to freeze the pineapple and bananas before blending. You may also decide to blend without freezing. The choice is yours.

  

• Next, begin to place the pineapple into the blender and blend until smooth.
  

  

• Then add the banana into the mix and blend smoothly.

• Add some water if it is too thick so as to help the blending process.

• The mixture can become overly thick; so you can adjust by adding water to your preference.
  
  

• Your pineapple and banana smoothie is ready.
  

  

• Serve and enjoy.
