FANART PORTRAIT | OROCHIMARU-SAMA (THE SNAKE IN THE FOREST OF DEATH) + brief review of Corel Painter Mobile

Hello OCA!!!
I drew this after having a minor argument online, as I do often, about what one "ought" to draw and if drawing anime is a legit path. I obviously was on the side of "f**k off. I'll draw what the hell I please, thank you!!!"
I don't do anime character or stylisations anymore but I thought just as a middle finger to the elitists I'd indulge and post an anime character semi-real.
It always bothers me how the mainline art institutions have a unwarranted and unjustified sway on cultural conceptions of what is art.
Anyway...

The brushes on Corel Painter Mobile
I got to test out a different drawing app - Corel Painter Mobile. It's an old app by Corel and they haven't update it in years, so the UI is kinda *meh!* and it doesn't have much in standard digital art tools eg. transform tool only rotates and changes scale. It does have some pretty cool brushes but the catch is you have to buy them. Cost aside, I found the Sketch and Illustration packs really great and expressive tools. They almost feel and seem like sketch and inking pen and pencil. The down side is the lack of calibration for the brushes, with the only options available being size and opacity.
I don't know if Corel has any plans to develop this app further and by the look of it, it seems it isn't a priority, which doesn't make sense since it's competitors are moving further and developing mobile alternatives. For instance, Clip Studio Paint is coming out with a mobile version and Krita just recently did a port of the pc software to mobile android.
