Pristine

What is the definition of Pristine? According to the dictionary, it is “remaining in a pure state” or “without human alteration”. Well that pretty much sums up this lake, and a lot of lakes in the Canadian Rockies - but not all. For example, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, (located in Banff Park) although absolutely gorgeous beyond belief, the shorelines are crawling with tourists and canoes or kayaks. That being said, if you have never been to either lake, you must go at least once in your lifetime. This is a command! Don’t forget to subscribe to the Colour/Black & White community.
