Hello everyone, i extend my greetings to you all how is your family and your loved ones and your children. i am doing fine and i hope you are doing fine too.

Welcome to my clean planet post today. i am very excited to be write my clean planet post today. Today i woke up with a weak body and i rest before i got my energy back again. I am very happy to wake up again today. as time pass on i feel huge flow of energy so i got out to learn in class.
Today i went to school and our lecturer teach us about urinary system.
We started the lecture with kidney and my lecturer said that a human being have two kidney in our body one kidney is in place in our posterior abdominal wall.

kidney is use in the body to filter water from your blood and turn it into urine through a process known as urine formation.
If you are not careful you will get disease of the urinary tract. the disease have different clinical manifestation and they will make you to be uncomfortable.
when my class end i went to my house to do my clean planet activity and i trashed the garbage inside a garbage bin
