No carbs meal today so I cooked chicken and it's offspring to pair with it.

Prepared a simple stir fry of boneless chicken thighs cooked with onions, garlic, spring onions, dried chili and peanuts. The flavourings I used were soy sauce and oyster sauce and some salt to taste. The chicken was so flavorful, plump, and juicy, and most importantly easy and quick to put together for a staff meal.

The other dish was a prawn omelet with garlic chives (kuchai). Another simple dish that I grew up .. eating and learn how to cook from my mother. Just beaten eggs with tiger prawns with lots of chopped garlic chives mixed in and seasoned with salt.

Super delicious meal, packed with loads of protein. If you're not cutting down on carb, having these 2 dishes with rice is recommended for maximum satisfaction.
