Good Morning Everyone. Many want to live, but they have forgotten the importance of life. People buy clothes, care for themselves, get expensive gadgets, and care little or none for their stomachs. Yes, all these things try to have are good, but for me, the most essential is food, and to add to that, "Good Food".

Most rich or influential people eat poisonings all in the name of eating good foods. They eat Indomie, Fried rice, fried chicken, and roasted bread, and drink wine or juice as the case may be. I am not saying that all these meals are bad, but we should know how to consume or prepare them, this is because chemical components in them.

However, I am going to tell you, how my day went yesterday, especially the meal that I ate. I couldn't go to the market early than yesterday. This was due to the heavy fall. Anyways, the rain stopped falling around 11:30 am. So I had to hurry to the market to buy the ingredients that I will use in preparing my Nsala soup, for those who don't know this kind of soup, also bear in mind that, Nsala soup is also known as " White Soup". But I can't call it White soup, because, what is white about the soup. So I prefer to call it, the native name, "Ofe nsala".

Furthermore, when I got to the market, I got the necessary ingredients just with the sum of Two thousand naria. I used one thousand naria to get some piece of meat, that I would later recut at home. I bought dried fish for the sum of five hundred, bought kpomo, crayfish and pepper for five hundred. I had the rest of the ingredients at home.

One of the things, I learnt from my mother when I was at home, was to stock my apartment with foodstuff when I had the money. And it has helped me so much, especially when I don't have funds. All thanks to her.

Nonetheless, when I got home, I redice the meat together with the kpomo, washed it with salt and seasoned it with my species which includes; salt, pepper, crayfish, Maggie and others, after which I added the Nsala species. Those who know how to cook will know that we have the natural species and the branded ones. And because I am natural, I made use of the natural species.

After which, I had to cook the meat so that the species could taste in my soup. However, after about two minutes, I added the nsala thickener. We have different methods of thicking the soup, you can use garri, pounded yam, or corn flour. So, I have to use pounded yam, because of my love for nature.

Nevertheless, I added my dried fish to the soup, after I was done washing it with salt. It didn't take long, my ofe nsala was ready to be served. I ate my soup with pounded yam. After which, I took my bath, and sleep came calling until 8 pm. My yesterday was well spent.
