Caturday - Queen Shiva

Hello friends ! So this is my second caturday post (sorry for being kind of late but yesterday was a bad day and I couldn't finish it) and today I am going to introduce Shiva.

The first cat I adopted
Shiva was born in my parents house, she is the daughter of a cat my stepmother had. I remember to see all of the litter and they were the cutest thing ever.
Although she stole my heart.
She has been living with me since then and is the most loving cat in our house. She loves cuddles and loves everyone, human or animal.
*An interesting story about Queen Shiva is that she was living at my parents' house, while I was in Erasmus in Hamburg. But when I came back I found a new place and adopted another cat - Mio.
For some time she stayed at my parents' and one day my father called me saying that she had been very sick. She had been interned for a few days in a clinic and on that day he found her at the entrance of the house, laying down like dead. I went to pick her right away, and took her straight to the vet. He said she seemed fine. I explained the situation with the previous analysis and reports and he kept saying she didn't have any symptoms. I begged him to do some analysis to confirm that she was ok. And she was.*
Since that day, I brought her back home with me and she has never had any kind of digestive problems again.
Imho I think Shiva picked up Mio's scent, knew I had a house with another cat and faked an attack so that I would bring her back home.
Smart cat huh?
Shiva, while in my parents', was also a premature mom in her first year of age.
I was supposed to adopt one of the babies but unfortunately he was runned over at my parent's. I will definitely write a memorial post for him in the future.
Another amazing thing about Shiva is that regardless of being the first, she always accepted the other cats I adopted and usually is kind of a godmother to the kitties that keep appearing in our house!

She hates to be contradicted indeed, for example going to the vet is always very challenging, especially for the vets. Take medicine? No way! Always a fight!
But regardless, she is the most friendly and sociable cat in here. Everytime we have someone over she instantly goes to their lap begging for cuddles. She usually is on someone's lap, always!
Oh and please don't tell her anything about her weight. She is very sensitive regarding that matter.
Shiva: "I'm not fat... I'm extra sexy with many layers of cuteness!"
No matter her age she will always act like a kitten.

Next caturday it will be Mio's time! She is super excited about it!
