Brew-tiful Weekend | BGC Coffee Festival 2025

Can you believe it’s my third year attending the BGC Coffee Festival? I hope there's a loyalty card for this! 😂 The first time, I went with my sister. The second time, it was with @gabbiebi. And this year? Still with Gabbie! 👯 It's starting to become a new tradition for us.
The moment I saw the announcement for the BGC Coffee Festival 2025, I immediately messaged Gabbie that we had to go on the first day. I told her that we should also arrive earlier. We weren't able to explore much last year because we were also celebrating a friend's birthday. This time, we cleared our schedules.
The BGC Coffee Festival 2025 (its 4th year already!) ran from March 15-16, serving coffee from 8 in the morning until 10 in the evening at 5th Avenue in Bonifacio High Street. It's the same spot as last year.

As soon as we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the art. It's the same art style from last year. They did add floor art this time. It made the space more lively. The music also set the mood. We got there around 2PM and despite the heat, the place was crowded, everyone seemed to be fueled by coffee.
Of course, it's not a coffee festival without the coffee stalls. This year, there were a lot of coffee stalls added!

I'd love to taste-test each coffee at the festival, but I might die from caffeine overload 😭🥹
I think this year's lineup of coffee stalls was the biggest one yet. I bet they're trying to test the limits of our caffeine tolerance. Thank God I didn't palpitate that day.
Aside from coffee, there were lifestyle and cycling booths too like 2Wheel Nation Cycling, Enimal, Papsy's Bikes and Cafe, Rapha, San Ride Bukas, and Specialized. There were DJs and performers playing music throughout the day which really helped keep the energy up despite the heat.
Since this is my third time attending, I wanted to try something different. Gabbie and I didn’t have a specific plan. We just looked around and picked stalls with shorter lines or ones that looked interesting. We’ve already tried a few from previous years, so we were on the hunt for something new.
That’s when I spotted Bubu. It was too hot for hot coffee, so I was looking for something cold. Luckily, their menu had just what I needed! Coffee ice cream!!!

I ordered their Espresso Crumble for Php 220 ($3.84 USD) and Gabbie tried their Cold Brew Float for Php 240 ($4.19 USD).
The Espresso Crumble was this sweet, creamy espresso ice cream dipped in Auro white chocolate with cacao nibs. It was good and refreshing, but a little too sweet for me 🥹 I’d love it even more if they had just the espresso ice cream on its own.

Gabbie’s Cold Brew Float was so good. It’s a cold brew latte topped with ice cream, and the way the ice cream melted into the coffee? It perfectly blends! I low-key wished I ordered the same thing, but I’m still happy I got to try something new.

While we were enjoying our coffee, we noticed there were a lot of pets around. Mostly cute dogs 🫶🏼
Then suddenly… a bunny lying down on the floor, chillin'! We went straight over to take photos. We even got to talk to the owner and found out the bunny has a YouTube channel. So cute!
Every year, the festival just gets better and better. I love how it’s grown over the years and I really hope we can go again next year. There’s something so comforting about having little traditions like this, year after year, cup after cup.
That’s it for this year’s BGC Coffee Fest!
Can’t wait for the next one!
