Breve rutina de pectorales [ESP🇪🇸-ENG🇺🇸]

Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC, en este post les comparto una breve rutina de ejercicios que hice anoche, fue breve porque llegue tarde al parque y tenía muy poco tiempo entonces aproveche que algunos de mis compañeros estaban haciendo press de banca y como quería trabajar los pectorales fue genial, realicé 5 series de press de banca hasta el fallo, cargué mas o menos 35 kg ya que no estoy acostumbrado a cargar con tanto peso porque soy calisténico. Y para finalizar esa rutina breve hice 5 series de fondos de manera lenta y controlada para llegar al fallo mucho más rápido.
Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC, in this post I share with you a brief exercise routine I did last night, it was brief because I arrived late at the park and had very little time so I took advantage that some of my colleagues were doing bench press and as I wanted to work the pecs was great, I did 5 sets of bench press to failure, I loaded more or less 35 kg since I'm not used to carry so much weight because I'm calisthenic. And to finish that short routine I did 5 sets of bottoms in a slow and controlled way to reach failure much faster.

Y bueno amigos esto a sido mi post, a veces me gusta combinar ejercicios con pesas con los de calistenia para obtener los beneficios de ambos mundos. Me despido, soy @cristofercj-sw, nos vemos en un próximo post!
