Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my thought. I dont know about you guys. But, i felt after having routine doing home gym. I am started addicted and need to loft some weight. I will feel guilty and started anxiety if i am missing training in one day. Did you guys feel the same? And maybe i want to lift weight to burying my anxiety to my deepest heart and pushing down this anxiety. When i am missing or rrsting day, the anxiety comes out and haunting my mind and my heart. However, when i make myself tired from workout, the mood changes and i dont have energy left to make the anxiety covering my mind and my life. Or maybe the anxiety still come out but i dont have any energy left to thinking. Not only thinking sometimes i train until the last energy and failure that will make me very lazy to do anything. Like today, after i train my back muscles and ny biceps till failure. After i am done showering, i am to lazy to get my self a drink. So i will refill large bottle and placing besid my bed. Really lazy to do anything if my energy depleted. And talking about health. Yeah my body is changing a little bit after doing routine workout. But, it still far away to my target. since i am not strict to diet. I am just rat anything that my wife cooked. And if she did not cooked mostly i just cooking egg and some meat. And what harder for me is reducing or even better if i dont consume additional sugar. In my country it seems so many additional sugar in every products. from drink till seasoning powder. Too many sugar and i am little bit aftaid with diabetic sickness. My grandfather died because of diabetic.So, i may have gen that carried diabetic gene too. Thats why i started to working out. Many literature tell that muscle consume most of the sugar beside brain. So, i train it to be healthier. And the bonus is my body will be muscular a little bit.
