Hi to all my actifitets friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity. After knowing that my son not feeling well yesterday so i asking him to get rest today and not going to school today. I dont want to make my son to be a spreader of the sickness. Also i am little bit afraid if he more sick in school today. But, appereantly today he is going better, the headache goes away, and the runny nose still running, and yeah he got cough too. And i think his throat running dry because of the sick. And what can i do is preparing mentally and financially if he got worsened even though i am hoping that not happen. I hope he will getting better. And he is not doing much today just taking some rest. And my wife still need to going work today. And before the acreditation ends, my wife will need to working overtime again. And she needs going to school tomorrow to preparing the acreditation paper. This acreditation is really making my wife super busy with her school. I am little bit worried if she will not going better in few days since she is not getting time to rest. And yeah, i think this is virus not bacteria that infected our little family. Virus spread fast but infected little by little. And i am starting get the symptomps too. But thanks to my discipline working out everyday. The symptoms just mild and i still can doing anything just cannot finishing my daily workout because my stamina drains faster. Maybe in just fee days the symptomps will go away. Just utilize this weekend to get enough rest and let my immune system destroy the virus. Maybe i really need talk seriously to my wife to make her starting workout even mild ones. It will make her boosting her immune system too. And as i said in past few days. My son starting to copying my movement when i am working out. And i teaching him little by little with light weight. Hopefully he will interested more and starting working out too. It will helping him a lot.
