My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i am little bit busy taking care my wife and my son. Yeah, i dont know this is the virus or bacteria that infected both of my wife and my son. And my son suddenly got mild fever and he told me that he has headache. Almost same symptomt that my wife told me 2 days ago. But my wife still need to work overtime even though working from home. She has to finish the acreditation for her school. And i dont know for sure but this is just my theory. The weather is bad lately in the city we live. When morning till afternoon, the temp is very hot. But, in the night it will be cold until we rising the temp in our air conditioner. Okay the theory i forgot. I think after starting workout again in the past 2 weeks. My immune rising up and k dont feel the symptoms. I am pretty sure either virus or bacteria spreading in our house right now. And i am pretty sure to taht this virus or bacteria have been in my body. But, the immune system prevent me to get the symptoms i guess. Like today, i feel more tired than the last week. It supposed that my leg strengh has been improved this week. But, i feel weaker than last week. I could not finish the variations of my leg training. My leg feel very sore after 2 sets. I think that because i got infected too. So, i am pretty sure that workout really helpfull to prevent any disease for me. And maybe due to workout i feel tired and get enough sleep too. Also lately i am really picky of the food. Lessing sugar intake and fried food. More protein for sure. That really helpfull for my health. Maybe after my wife finish the acreditation season i will talk to her to starting light workout in home. To boosting immune in our body and be healthier. Also it can be good example to my son too. I am pretty sure he will follow us to workout too. And thats good habbit i guess for now.
