My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i want to share my activity today. Nothing much happened today. Just usual and casual day. And this is the second day my son without smartphone. I think he progress much today without stunting at all at beginning. But after his mom back home. He starting to persuade his mom to playing smartphone a moment. And yeah i am forbid him to have access to phone still. And i am still allowing him watching youtube in tv. Next week i am starting to make rule that only 2 hours per day watching tv or smartphone, it will be his choices. After that either he wants to play with me or playing with his toys. i think it will train his motoric system and creavity in his brain. And the progress that i am talking about is he is more stable and not aggresive now. And he can focus answering what i am asked when we are talking. So my conclution is smartphone is really addiction tool that can kill relathionship and creativity. And it will be bad for kid. Hopefully i am not wrong taking this decision. Even though i am making strong rule. But, i know that smartphone and technology still need to be learned. Thats why i am just giving him acces 2 hours per day. He need to play games in smartphone too. He can talking and copying style or accent of the gaming content creator that he likes. Who knows that he can be a youtuber someday. And today i am not doing hard workout. Just stretching my body to make sure that my soreness muscle did not disturb my day. Everyday i am fell soreness though. But i am enjoyed this soreness. It make me easy to sleep in night and i can abandon the anxiety in the night because i am very tired and sleepy.
