My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends in the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my thought. I have a bad news today. One of my crypto wallet got hacked and i was the one that having wrong activity. I accidentaly gives someone my wallet address to help me withdraw some token at that time. But i dont know if it can backfire me like today. I got my lesson that in crypto worlds, dont ever trust anybody. They can rob you until your wallet empty. But, for this lesson i think it is still cheap. Now i am little bit aftaid that my hive wallet get hacked too. And i am very hopeful that will not happen.
And in the last weekend i did not submit my activity report because yeah i am spending my time with my little family back then. And spending time with them with grab phone is little bit inappropriate i guess. And i want to enjoying present time with them without disturbing with phone at all. Of course my handphone is not in good condition too. I can make sure that when i am strolling in mall, no need wait too long to make my phone battery depleted. And charging in mall is very hard. Even using Power bank cannot make my phone battery long lasting. Thats why i cannot reaching good activity even though i am still active in real world. For my body goal progress, today i am starting strict to my self about consumes drink that contains sugar in it. I will drink less sugary drink and drink more water instead. And today i am working out for my chest muscle. When i see myself in the mirror i think my body not change much. But what i feel after a week back to my work out is my stamina rising. I still have energy till night without feel sleepy and yawning at evening. Also my mood is more stable than the last week. And for my legs. They are still sore until now. The last i train my legs is last thursday. It have been 4 days but still hurt when i am flexing my legs. But i know that my legs will stronger than before. For chest today. I still confused that i really train my chest muscle right or not since i dont have bench to maximize the Range of movement for my chest muscle. I am just using floor to train my chest muscle and it is really hard to feel that my chest got trained or not. But, i am hoping that my chest still can get trained well even though i am just using flat floor. I need a good rest to make my energy refilled and my muscle sore gone fast. For food, i eating more protein than carbs. Usually i will eat minimum 2 eggs in a day.
