SEMANA DE R脡CORDS PERSONALES EN HIVERUN [ESP - ENG] 馃尮馃┑

隆Espero que hayan tenido un fin de semana maravilloso!

Tuve una semana un poco ocupada, pero no me impidi贸 hacer dos carreras importantes para m铆, centradas en la velocidad m谩s que en las distancias, y aqu铆 les comparto como me fue.

La carrera fue de 5 kil贸metros, con un ritmo promedio de 6:06 /km. No es mi mejor marca, sin embargo me hizo sentir orgulloso volver a ese estilo de ritmos, y adem谩s de eso, logre registrar dos r茅cords personales, que para m铆, es un gran avance.

Sin embargo, mi cuerpo no se esperaba una carrera as铆, y a continuaci贸n pasaron m煤ltiples cosas. En primer lugar, luego del kil贸metro 1, mi respiraci贸n sufri贸, me dol铆a el pecho, sent铆 que el aire no entraba a mis pulmones, as铆 que trat茅 de relajarme y regular mi respiraci贸n. Al llegar a casa, mi cuerpo se sent铆a agotado, sent铆 presi贸n en el pecho y un mareo perenne, no me esperaba esas consecuencias.

Mi segunda carrera, la del d铆a de hoy, fue de 10 kil贸metros, y estoy muy feliz con mis resultados. Mi ritmo promedio fue de 6:45 /km, lo que estableci贸 mi RP en 10km de carrera, me tom贸 por sorpresa, pero me di cuenta que fue gracias a una nueva t茅cnica: no correr a toda velocidad los primeros kil贸metros, as铆 puedo rendir m谩s en toda la carrera.

Tengo planes para mejorar mi velocidad en esta semana, pero los resultados de la que acaba de pasar fueron un buen inicio.

Quiero dedicar mi carrera de hoy a mi novio, pues hoy cumplimos 3 meses juntos y fue mi gran motivaci贸n para completar la carrera y poder regal谩rsela a 茅l. Pr铆ncipe, si lees esto, va por ti, al igual que el hermoso cielo.馃┑馃尮

**I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

I had a bit of a busy week, but it didn't stop me from doing two important races for me, focused on speed rather than distances, and here I share with you how I did.

The first race was a 5k, with an average pace of 6:06 /km. Not my best time, but it made me proud to be back to that style of pace, and on top of that, I managed to record two personal bests, which for me, is a big improvement.

However, my body was not expecting such a race, and then multiple things happened. First of all, after kilometer 1, my breathing suffered, my chest hurt, I felt that the air was not entering my lungs, so I tried to relax and regulate my breathing. Arriving home, my body felt exhausted, I felt pressure in my chest and perennial dizziness, I didn't expect those consequences.

My second run, today's run, was a 10k, and I am very happy with my results. My average pace was 6:45 /km, which set my PR in 10km run, it took me by surprise, but I realized that it was thanks to a new technique: not running at full speed the first kilometers, so I can perform better in the whole race.

I have plans to improve my speed this week, but the results of the one just passed were a good start.

I want to dedicate my run today to my boyfriend, as today was our 3 month anniversary together and it was my big motivation to complete the run and be able to give it to him as a gift. Prince, if you read this, it goes out to you, just like the beautiful sky.馃┑馃尮
