Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

Hoy desperté un poco más motivado que ayer así que trate de pasar un buen rato para seguir, di vueltas un rato en mi bicicleta y luego me puse a realizarle mantenimiento ya que me tocaba ya lavarla y cambiarle la grasa.

Today I woke up a little more motivated than yesterday so I tried to have a good time to continue, I rode my bike for a while and then I started to do maintenance on it since I had to wash it and change the grease.

También jugué un poco con mi gata y luego salí de compras en conjunto a mi mama para ir adelantando algunas cositas para diciembre, me sirvió para distraerme y pasar un mejor rato, en lo que a mi respecta fue un buen día

I also played a little with my cat and then went shopping with my mom to get a few things ready for December. It helped me distract myself and have a better time. As far as I'm concerned, it was a good day.
