Just as the responsibility of a teacher is to guide us inside the classroom, similarly, the job of a teacher outside the classroom or school is to prevent their students from doing wrong and to guide them towards the right path. Sometimes the teacher sees his student making a mistake, but he remains silent about it. There is a hidden secret in the silence of a teacher.

A teacher always tries to see their students at a higher level and if there is any mistake or deficiency in them, he tries to explain it to them so that they can succeed in life. The success of his student is the success of the teacher.

I just remembered an incident when I was studying in school. This was around 1998. A teacher scolded his student for not remembering the lesson or for not being able to pass the test. The student made up his mind that he would take revenge on him and he, along with some boys, fought with his teacher. Today, the same student is involved in the teaching process and is playing the role of a teacher.

Do you think such a student is capable of becoming a teacher? If he stands in front of his teacher and takes his explanation in the wrong direction or in the wrong way, and then starts misbehaving with him, I think the teacher should keep quiet instead of explaining to such a student. Many teachers try to improve the character of their students by teaching them in the classroom so that they can become responsible citizens of society, but when they go out of the classroom, they do not react to the children's actions despite seeing them because they know that they may not listen to them and this may embarrass them.

But some teachers who consider their students like children and consider it their duty to make them good members of the society, be it in the school, the classroom or any other area of life, when they feel that their students are doing something wrong, they try to explain them and talk to them with full confidence so that they can realize that they are in the wrong.
