My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2023

After a hard leg workout, well actually I thought it was just normal kind of workout but my calves send to disagree because today it was and is screaming in tension.

Walked around Carcar for lechon. It was a good day trip, with it ending when I got back to the hostel at ten PM.

A snapshot of last night, I got home at four AM the concierge had to help me to my room because I could not walk properly. He said he did not hear and taxi so I'm guessing either I walked from the club at IT Park to Banilad or I got a taxi and it vanished into thin air without making any sound dropping me off.

Concierge said I looked like I was climbing a mountain going up the stairs to my room.

I don't remember.

Korean girl taking to me at the club was my last memory.
