[Eng/Esp] Life goal: that the passing of the years do not pass over me.

Hello, happy and blessed beginning of the month. I tell you that I have been quite excited with the arrival of April, for this month I have some projects to be completed and one of them has been an English course in which I plan to aim with God's favor, in addition to the physical activity that I have been carrying out to keep me with lots of energy and also to be healthy through a very good diet, my goal is to be very active to attend all my work and share with my family. I have been making time for everything, besides having some medical checkups to corroborate my health, indeed with the years the human being learns to take care of himself more and I am in that moment where I value my being more than ever.

Hola, feliz y bendecido inicio de mes. Les cuento que he estado bastante entusiasmada con la llegada del mes de abril, para este mes tengo algunos proyectos por concretar y uno de ellos ha sido un curso de inglés en el que pienso apuntar con el favor de Dios, además de la actividad física que vengo llevando acabo para mantenerme con muchísima energía y también poder estar saludable a través de una muy buena alimentación, mi objetivo es estar bien activa para atender todas mis labores y compartir con mi familia. He estado haciendo tiempo para todo, a demás de haciéndome algunos chequeos médicos para corroborar mi estado de salud, efectivamente con los años el ser humano aprende a cuidarse más y estoy en ese momento donde valoro más que nunca a mi ser.

I am at that age where teenagers call me ma'am and ladies call me young. Adulthood is passing in me and I am more than ever focused on taking care of myself in order to have a dignified old age in the future. Although, God's plans are always the best plans and may it be His will what He has in store for me in the future, it is always a reminder to me that my grandparents both surpassed the age of 80 years old by taking care of themselves from within and that was only achieved through a healthy life leading a healthy diet. That is why I try to take care of my body from the inside out through a healthy and varied diet and I accompany it with strength exercises and weights.

Estoy en esa edad donde los adolescentes me llaman señora y las señoras me dicen joven. La edad adulta está transitando en mi y estoy más que nunca enfocada en cuidar de mi para en futuro tener una vejez digna. Aunque, los planes de Dios siempre son los mejores planes y sea de él su voluntad lo que me depare en un futuro, siempre para mi es recordatorio que mis abuelos superaron ambos la edad de 80 años cuidándose desde adentro y eso solo lo lograron a través de una vida saludable llevando una sana alimentación. Es por ello, que trato de cuidar mi cuerpo de adentro hacía afuera a través de una alimentación saludable, variada y la acompaño con ejercicios de fuerza y pesas.

As a mother, wife, woman and professional, I know perfectly well that I can do my best to distribute those 24 hours a day in an effective way and thus fulfill my obligations, and in that schedule I look for a moment to dedicate exclusively to myself, and my husband and my son learned to respect that moment. Now, in my adult stage and with the responsibility of raising my little son, I have understood that if I take care of myself I am also taking care of that little being, because I am the greatest support of my son in all aspects and I would always like to be healthy and full of lots of energy for him.

A ello también debo sumar una buena hidratación y un buen descanso para reparar nuestro cuerpo por las noches y estar vitalmente llena de energía para la siguiente jornada de trabajo y actividades diarias. Como mamá, esposa, mujer y profesional se perfectamente que puedo hacer lo posible para que esas 24 horas diarias se distribuyan de manera efectiva y así cumplir con mis obligaciones, y en ese horario busco un momento para dedicarme exclusivamente a mi, y mi esposo y mi hijo aprendieron a respetar ese momento. Ahora, en mi etapa adulta y con la responsabilidad de criar a mi pequeño hijo, he comprendido que si me cuido yo también estoy cuidando a ese pequeño ser, porque soy yo el mayor apoyo de mi hijo en todos los aspectos y quisiera siempre estar saludable y llena de muchísima energía para él.

I return to the theme of my grandparents, in their 80s active, cutting wood to light their fire, climbing the hill to look for vegetables that they harvested at the bottom of their home, walking every afternoon around town. My new life goal is to reach their age by being active like them, and that can only be achieved by living a healthy life.

Vuelto al tema de mis abuelos, a sus 80 años activos, cortando madera para encender su fogón, subiendo el cerro a buscar verduras que cosechaban en el fondo de su hogar, caminando todas las tardes por el pueblo. Mi nuevo objetivo de vida es llegar a sus edades estando activa como ellos, y eso solo se logra viviendo una vida saludable.
