Daily Grind #63: Switching to "Hidden Rush Deception"

Greetings!

Welcome to the weekly edition of my "Daily Grind" series of blogs. In this edition of Daily Play & Earn, I started by using an "Aggro Nature" deck but then I felt that it wasn't working so I decided to test my "Hidden Rush Deception" deck (gudecks call my deck Aggro Deception even if the majority of the cards are hidden).

If I remember it right this is the first time that I used a Deception deck in Daily Play & Earn. I admit that I enjoy playing HRD because it is a lot of fun and I am glad that I can salvage five victories after I switched to Hidden Rush Deception.

Featured Match

In this feature match defeated a solid Food Chain Nature deck.

God Power: Stealth (to help me hide my creatures)

Mulligan

In mulligan, I am looking for my 1-2 mana cards like Switch Duelist and Dark Knives.

1 Mana

I played Switched Duelist. My opponent played played Encumbered Looter.

2 Mana

I played Dark Knives to buy my Switch Duelist to 6/1. My opponent went face, played Moonbeam, and summoned a Badger.

3 Mana

I played Blade Borrower to nerf Encumbered Looter to 0/1, I went face. My opponent played Dagan, the Dawn Wolf, and killed my 2/1 Blade Borrower.

4 Mana

I played Blade Brigand to nerf 2/4 Dagan to 0/4. I went face. I got Hoplite from the Sanctum and played it immediately. My opponent played Underbrush Boar and Black Jaguar. Underbrush Board killed Blade Brigand at the end of the turn.

5 Mana

I went face with my three creatures on the board and played Pietro, Merry Bandit to make all my creatures hidden. My opponent buffed all his creatures with Wildfire and killed my three 1/1 creatures which left me with three creatures on the bored.

5.1 Mana

I went face with all my three hidden creatures on the board and it is GG.
