Hoy prepare este almuerzo carne de solomo arroz y plátano, eso si el plátano jamás falta en casa, es algo que a todo nos gusta, y aparte solo me quedaba carne de solomo y pollo, y me fui por la carne,así que aquí les cuento como prepare este almuerzo que aparte estaba muy apurada porque lo niños tenian que ir a clase

Primeramente pique la carne trate de sacarlo en bistec, porque era una carne de solomo y tenía mucha grasa así que corte lo que pude

A la carne le agregue el cúbito, el ají la cebolla el onoto un poquito de orégano en polvo y aceite y una tacita de agua y a la cocina
