2026: Memorable Moments and Hopes for the Rest of the Year

Hello to all hive users 🤗❤️🙏
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
There was a time when we were eagerly awaiting the year 2026, making plans for it, and filled with excitement. Then the year 2026 arrived; time gradually moved forward, and we have now reached the tenth month. Over these ten months, we have witnessed a great deal. Many people likely made plans for various things—perhaps setting New Year's resolutions—and a lot has happened since then. For some, things may have unfolded exactly as planned, while for others, events did not align with their expectations; this is a recurring pattern every year. People had certain hopes for this year—some might be actively working towards them or nearing completion, while others may have encountered unexpected events that no one foresaw. Consequently, everyone’s experience of the year has been unique. While it may have been a great year for some, it might have been disappointing for others. However, there are still more than two months remaining—time enough to achieve something or, at the very least, make a start—thereby gaining some momentum as we head into the new year.

Regarding the New Year, I didn't make any specific resolutions or set particular expectations like I had in previous years; my only goal was to give my best effort and pursue my hobbies. The year flew by for me, likely because our daily schedules are so hectic—long office hours mean we start work in the morning and only see darkness by the time we finish, so the days just slip away unnoticed. I feel this is a major reason why we lose track of time and don't realize how quickly the months are passing. Even weekends are packed with chores and errands, making the entire year feel incredibly busy. We didn't manage to go on any trips this year either. We might travel somewhere in November—some office colleagues are discussing plans, and if things work out, we could go somewhere next month—but we haven't taken a single trip in these past ten months. Usually, we would manage at least one trip during the summer, but that didn't happen this time, and I do regret it; I believe it's important to take a short trip every few months to break the monotony of daily life.
Reflecting on the year's experiences, it wasn't particularly good from a financial standpoint, as the stock market failed to yield significant profits. Furthermore, there was considerable geopolitical turbulence, which was far from ideal. On the domestic political front, there were no major changes either, and a sense of underlying tension seems to persist constantly.
For the remaining months of the year, I hope the office workload eases up a bit so I can leave on time and spend some quality time at home—perhaps watching a favorite show or enjoying snacks with my family. It would also be great if I could manage a trip with friends during these last two months. Ultimately, I just want the year to end smoothly without any issues, and for peace and good health to prevail in the time ahead.
Things often do not turn out exactly as we envision; this is a law of nature—something I have experienced firsthand over the years. This does not mean we should stop planning or preparing. You should certainly do everything that is standard practice and give it your 100% effort. While the actual outcome depends on the prevailing conditions and the challenges we encounter, we must not give up; instead, we should keep moving forward and striving for self-improvement. Ups and downs are a part of life, and things do not always go according to plan. However, that is no reason to abandon our pursuits entirely. Rather, if a new path presents itself, we should consider it and work towards what is best for us.
We must learn something new every day, as each day adds to our experience. You should plan your activities for the day and track what percentage of those plans you actually manage to accomplish. While planning is essential, implementing those plans in real life is even more important. Since every day of our lives is significant, we should live each one with happiness.
