My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with ham and toast. The walks on the trail were short today. Had to go grocery shopping and stop at five different stores.
I grabbed lunch when I was out and about. I was surprised the shopping was a lot of steps. Dinner was cheeseburgers made from ground turkey and homemade French fries in the air fryer. Anyway, thanks for reading.
